第10回PDA高校生パーラメンタリーディベート世界交流大会（PDAWC2025）を開催します。
(日本国内からの参加は、全国大会で選抜された高校が対象となり、一般募集はしておりません。)

The 10th PDA High School Parliamentary Debate World Congress 2025 (PDAWC2025) is an event for high school students held in Japan. It is a unique occasion for high schoolers from all around the world to debate in English and have cultural exchanges with each other.

The event will be held both onsite and online (hybrid format).

Onsite Location:
Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport

*For overseas teams (up to 12 teams), we will provide accommodation for two nights at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport, including breakfast and dinner. Please note that accommodations are in shared triple rooms, separated by gender. Room assignments will be handled by the PDAWC committee.
*The participation fee for in-person attendees is 30,000 yen per person, which includes accommodation and meals for a 3-day, 2-night stay (from January 23 to 25).
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need visa processing.

In addition to team and individual awards, we will present a “Culture Night Award” for the best country presentation during the cultural exchange event.Certificates will be mailed to all participating schools.

5. Pre-Event: Monthly Online Debates
As a prelude to PDAWC 2025, we are hosting monthly online debate exchanges on the following dates:
October 15th, 5pm-6pm JST
November 21st, 5pm-6pm JST
December 17th, 5pm-6pm JST
January 16th, 5pm-6pm JST
This is an excellent opportunity to check the online environment, review the rules, practice debates, and interact with students from other countries.Faculty members who wish to serve as judges are also welcome.While participation in the pre-event is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.
